    • Child Care Task Force of Ellis County
    • Chamber Blue Association Health Plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas
    • Hosting of Election Forums and Legislative Coffees
    • Attendance at the Western Kansas Delegation
    • Support of initiatives such as: pre-k - 12, housing, etc.
    • Letters of Support: Hays Regional Airport (Essential Air Service), R9 Ranch Project for Ellis and Russell County, Transportation Access, initiatives as brought forth by our members
    • Host and organize quarterly leadership coffees
    • Leadership Hays (Community Leadership Program through the Kansas Leadership Center)
    • Leadership Transformation Grant partner with the KLC
    • Workforce Development: partnerships with FHSU Management Development Center and Dale Carnegie of Kansas Heartland, and Chamber led professional development workshops
